The IX Conference on Relevant Aspects of HIV Infection will provide an update on current advances and challenges in HIV prevention, diagnosis and management, with a particular focus on the role of Primary Care.
The programme will address practical aspects of new treatment strategies, PrEP implementation and follow-up, the contribution of nursing, and emerging sexually transmitted infections. It will also explore the management of imported diseases in people living with HIV, as well as the importance of inclusive, non-stigmatising communication in HIV and STI care.
This multidisciplinary programme aims to provide practical knowledge for everyday clinical practice while strengthening coordination across healthcare settings and promoting person-centred care.
