Currently, she is an attending nurse in a day hospital for infectious diseases.

Dr. Pedro-Botet is specialized in Infectious Diseases, Respiratory Infections and Legionella. She is currently Professor and Chair of Medicine and a member of the Grade of Medicine Committee at the Autonomous University of Barcelona’s School of Medicine. She has been Principal or co-Investigator of 10 projects funded either by national or international grant agencies. Author of 91 papers in peer-reviewed journals.

Attendance nurse, I took the nursing degree at the University of Santiago de Compostela. Since I finished my studies in 2015 I came to Barcelona and have been working for all these years at the Germans Trias i Pujol University Hospital (hospitalization plants, emergencies, UHaD, multipurpose day hospital and for two years at the UMI Day Hospital).
Currently, for interest in this field, I am studying a university Expert training in sexually transmitted diseases and HIV.

Registered nurse, graduated in Nursing from the University of Barcelona. I have been working at Hospital Universitari Germans Trias i Pujol for 9 years. I began my professional career in intensive care units, but I currently hold a dual role outside the ICU: as a clinical nurse in the Infectious Diseases Day Hospital and as a research nurse at the Fundació Lluita contra les Infeccions.
