Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management from the International University of Catalonia (UIC).
Extensive experience in the field of programs and actions for the prevention and control of infectious diseases since 1999 and currently head of the Preventive Medicine Service of the General Sub-Directorate for Health Promotion at the Secretariat of Public Health of the Department of Health.
Experience in the planning and management of different programs to combat infectious diseases, especially during the current COVID-19 pandemic, as well as in coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating the implementation of health programs and campaigns related to the prevention of infectious diseases in the territory together with the public network of health services, the central services and other institutions.
Participation in different working groups and expert committees in the field of vaccinology and vaccine information systems. Currently secretary of the Scientific Advisory Committee for the Covid-19 of Catalonia.
Systematic participation in the preparation of vaccination manuals for Catalonia and in the development of face-to-face and distance teaching activities for the training of healthcare professionals in the areas of public health and especially regarding vaccines.
