Information

When we speak of HAIs, we refer to those infections that the patient may contract as a result of the assistance or care received in a care center, whether it be a hospital, specialty center, dialysis center, medium or long-stay center, rehabilitation or in a day hospital. It is also necessary to consider that many of these infections are resistant to antibiotics.

First edition of the training session on infections related to health care (HAIs), a meeting that aims to improve the knowledge of health professionals in the surveillance, prevention and control of these infections.
