The workshop is addressed to medical oncologists, immunologists, basic and translational scientists, clinical researchers, postdoctoral fellows who participate in cancer research, regulatory scientists, as well as other health professionals and pharmaceutical industry personnel who wish to have an overview extensive and detailed of the most recent advances in the field of immunotherapy.

Immunotherapy has meant a breakthrough as a therapy in cancer cure in the last decade. In this regard, there are more and more therapeutic tools that help boost the immune system with the aim of attacking cancer cells. The workshop on “Breaking through emergent immunotherapy and immune targets in cancer” provides a forum for all professionals working in the field of immunotherapy and research in immuno-oncology analyzing the next generation of vaccines, drugs and potential immunotherapeutic procedures to treat cancer.
