Cristina Casañ

Degree in Pharmacy from the University of Valencia in 2006. PhD in Pharmacy from the University of Valencia in 2021. Specialist in Microbiology and Parasitology in 2013 at Jose Ma Morales Meseguer University Hospital (Murcia). Official Master in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from the University of Murcia in 2012. Master’s degree in Clinical Microbiology in the 21st century: Optimization of diagnostic algorithms by the University of Valencia in 2023. Incorporated into the Service in 2017. Head of the Molecular Biology section. She participates in national and international research projects related to the areas of her healthcare competence, mainly from Respiratory Viruses such as flu, COVID and VRS.
