Carla Lecumberri Estruch

Graduated in Medicine in 2006 from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). Specialized in Gynecology and Obstetrics in 2011 at UAB. PhD in Medicine from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (2017). Master’s in Oncological Gynecology in 2017. Associate Professor of Gynecology at the University of Barcelona since 2016. Part of the Donna i Salut research group at IGTP.
Head of the Cervical Pathology and Colposcopy Unit at HUGTIP.
She has presented papers and communications related to HPV-dependent pathology. Accredited as a colposcopist by the Spanish Association of Cervical Pathology and Colposcopy.
She also collaborates as a gynecologist at the Foundation for the Fight Against AIDS, focusing on the screening, follow-up, and treatment of lower genital tract pathology.
