She currently works in the Colorectal Surgery Unit and the Pelvic Floor Subunit at the same hospital, focusing her clinical and research activity on colorectal oncologic surgery, proctology, and pelvic floor disorders.
She holds a Master’s degree in Colorectal Surgery and a Master’s in Clinical Trials, and has recently obtained the European Board in Colorectal Surgery. In 2019, she completed an advanced proctology observership at the Agostino Gemelli University Hospital in Rome under Professor Carlo Ratto.
She is an active member of the ESCP and serves as deputy coordinator of the Scientific Committee of the AECP’s young professionals group.
