José Manuel Carrascosa Carrillo is the Clinical Chief of the Dermatology Department at the Hospital Universitari Germans Trias i Pujol, Badalona. He is also professor at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona UAB, Barcelona.

Graduated in Medicine from the University of Oviedo (1996-2002). Dermatologist at the Central University Hospital of Asturias (HUCA) in 2007. Awarded a Ph.D. from the University of Oviedo with extraordinary honors (2011) for a thesis focused on the genetic aspects of Psoriasis vulgaris.

He is an Associate Professor of Dermatology at the University of Oviedo and is part of the research line in the Peripheral Nervous System and Sense Organs within the accredited Ph.D. program “Research in Medicine” by ANECA.

He has developed a robust research line in Pediatric Dermatology and the genetic aspects of skin diseases, especially psoriasis, with over 50 publications in leading international journals and book chapters. He has supervised doctoral theses and is the principal investigator of research projects in health and clinical trials. He collaborates as an advisor in innovation companies in the biosanitary field.

Currently, he works as a dermatologist at the Vital Álvarez Buylla Hospital in Mieres. He combines clinical practice with translational research on the genetic and pharmacogenomic aspects of biological therapy in Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis.

Dr. Coto is a member of the Spanish Academy of Dermatology and Venereology and is part of the Pediatric Dermatology group, the Lymphomas group, the Psoriasis Group of the AEDV (Spanish Academy of Dermatology and Venereology), the international study group on Psoriatic Arthritis and Psoriasis (GRAPPA), and the study group on Psoriatic Arthritis and Psoriasis of the Spanish Society of Rheumatology (GEAPSO-SER).

Dr. Anna López Ferrer is a Specialist in Dermatology at the Dermatology Department of the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau in Barcelona and holds a Doctorate in Biochemistry from the University of Barcelona. She is currently a member of the Board of the Spanish Academy of Dermatology and Venereology and is an Associate Professor at the Autonomous University of Barcelona.

She works in the Psoriasis Unit of the Dermatology Department and, since June 2012, together with the Rheumatology Department, she has established a joint clinic to treat patients with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. Her main interest lies in the early diagnosis of psoriatic arthritis in patients with psoriasis and the optimization of treatment for these patients.

Dr. López Ferrer is a member of the Spanish Society of Dermatology (AEDV) and the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV), the International Psoriasis Council (IPC), and works in the psoriasis group of the AEDV. She is the author or co-author of multiple scientific articles and has participated in numerous national and international therapeutic trials on psoriasis.

Dr Mónica Munera is an adjunct physician in the Dermatology Service at the Germans Trias i Pujol University Hospital. She devotes a significant portion of her clinical and research work to atopic dermatitis. She is a collaborating professor at the Autonomous University of Barcelona and a member of the Germans Trias i Pujol Research Institute (IGTP). Additionally, she is a member of the Spanish Group for Research in Contact Dermatitis and Cutaneous Allergy (GEIDAC) and the Spanish Psoriasis Group (GPS).

Dr. José María Ortiz Salvador holds a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Valencia with an Extraordinary Degree Award, a Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Valencia with a “Outstanding Cum Laude” qualification, and specializes in Medical-Surgical Dermatology with a final grade of Outstanding and Residency Completion Award. He carries out his professional work at the University General Hospital of Valencia, specializing in inflammatory skin diseases such as psoriasis and hidradenitis suppurativa. In the field of biostatistics and artificial intelligence, he stands out as the Principal Investigator in some research projects such as “Staging the risk of lymphatic metastasis in Melanoma through Artificial Intelligence learning” or “Predictive algorithm of therapeutic success with Secukinumab in patients with severe Psoriasis.”

Dr. Agustí Toll is currently the head of the Dermatological Surgery section at the Dermatology Service of the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona. Previously, he worked at the Hospital del Mar in Barcelona for more than 15 years. He has expertise in studying the molecular basis and carcinogenesis of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma. He is a co-author of more than 100 articles in this area, as well as in the field of dermatological surgery. He is the coordinator of the Xarxa de Càncer Cutani de Catalunya, an inter-hospital network for clinical research in cutaneous cancer.
