Exclusion Criteria

Individuals may submit an application if they meet all of the following requirements:

• Be a practicing physician in Spain.

• Regularly attend to people living with HIV or individuals at risk of acquiring HIV infection.

Applications that do not meet these requirements will not be admitted to the evaluation process.

Prioritization Criteria

The evaluation committee will apply the following prioritization criteria:

• Having been invited to participate in a session as a speaker in the program or presenting an oral communication of a work accepted by the conference.
  (60 points)
• Having received a scholarship from AIDS 2026. In such cases, this grant will complement expenses not covered.
  (50 points)
• Participating in a research work (poster/abstract/oral communication) accepted by the conference, as first or last author, without being the presenting author.
  (30 points)

• Participating in a research work accepted by the conference without being first or last author.
  (20 points)

• Having the possibility to share the knowledge acquired due to being a professor at university schools or postgraduate units, or being part of a broader network of healthcare professionals.
  (10 points)

In the grant application form, the applicant must attach the documents supporting each prioritization criterion.

If two or more applications remain tied after evaluation, priority will be given according to the order of receipt of the application, correctly submitted through the official form.

All applications received will be evaluated and scored, according to the aforementioned criteria, by a committee designated by the Fundación Lucha contra las Infecciones and ScienHub.
