This workshop is focused on the current approach to infections caused by gram-negative bacilli. The session will offer an update on local epidemiology, a review of the available therapeutic options, and the discussion of real clinical cases.

The meeting will bring together specialists in microbiology and infectious diseases with the aim of deepening the understanding of infections caused by gram‑negative bacilli (GNB), their epidemiological behavior, and emerging innovative therapies.

Through short presentations and the analysis of practical cases, the event aims to create a space for reflection and exchange on the evolution of these infections, their growing impact on clinical practice, and possible strategies to optimize their management.
