Alex Giménez Mendoza
Graduated in Medicine from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, specialist in medical and surgical Ophthalmology, with a focus on medical retina, uveitis, and cataracts.
His clinical activity has been focused to date on the diagnosis and medical or surgical treatment of patients with retinal pathologies and cataracts of various etiologies, using current techniques and personalizing treatment for each patient.
In the Girona area, he participated in the organization of the first multidisciplinary uveitis unit in the province and regularly participates at the Dr. Josep Trueta University Hospital. An active member of the Spanish Society of Ocular Inflammation, with participation in conferences as a trainer for other specialists in uveitis.
